Above a dresser is featured an intrepid pioneer's 1849 painting of the crossing of Pike's Peak on the challenging trek to the California Gold Rush!

The 1890s suite of American oak bedroom furniture is contemporary with the house and, together with an in-room decorative clothes rack and two dressers, provides plenty of storage space for any length of stay. One former guest booked six weeks!

The charming en suite bathroom picks up the colors of the bedroom's Victorian-patterned wallpaper, and offers a very comfortable walk-in shower.
